hi matt! you can create an “assistant” in the openai platform section that has access to your knowledge base. it shouldn’t be to hard to access this in make.com but i have never done it.

Casey Meehan

Hi! I have a question. Would it be possible to use a knowledge base first before running it through OpenAI, so that it provides a basis for its output? I’ve been trying to find a way or an alternative to NotebookLM and Claude. I hope you can provide an answer or suggestion. Thanks!

Matt

weird! hit me in the message section if yr still having trouble

Casey Meehan

awesome! got more like this on the way!

Casey Meehan

Joined up for this.

Tried to upload this into make.com and am getting an error? Put in my API key too. I am pretty new to Make.com. This is my error. Any suggestions? Ugh. Account doesn't exist: Connection not found 'openai-gpt-3:3298592'.

Casey Meehan

Wow.. I just used your Json file and in 10 min I was dumping new files into my Google drive.. just like that. Sayyyyyy Whuuuuut? I have got to practice this ... Thanks for the powerful learning today!

Jim Allen

Sorry you are having trouble! You should be able to download them right by where you downloaded the cheat sheet? Here's what it should look like https://share.zight.com/yAueWyjL

Casey Meehan

I see the video link but no make json files. Hmmm. I would add a picture but can't. I see it says blueprints attached below but nothing is there

David Forer

thanks for sharing! i will def take a look! i am gonna do more scenarios soon, shocked at how few resources on this stuff exist. let me know what scenarios might be most useful to u! 🤘🤘🤘

Casey Meehan

Thanks I'll give it a shot.

Jon

Great stuff! This scenario/blueprint is the perfect foundation for "prompt chaining". I'm sure you're already familiar with the concept, since you're already using it, but if anyone else is interested, here's a recent study comparing "prompt chaining" vs. "stepwise prompt": https://arxiv.org/abs/2406.00507v1# Spoiler alert: prompt chaining typically results in much better output. In case you're looking for more content ideas, truly useful blueprints/scenarios for Make.com like this one will always be a guaranteed winner :)

Oskar

they are the json files attached right next to where you download the cheat sheet. let me know if you have trouble. thanks for joining!!

Casey Meehan

Where is the blueprint of the project you demonstrated?

Tamir Eshel

start a new scenario then import blueprint, there is a chapter of the video that shows this. lmk if u have trouble! thanks for joining!

Casey Meehan

How do you upload these files to create the automation in Make?

Jon
