Care package

Akademik had a big family waiting for him, while Valery was completely alone. If he died in prison, no one on the outside would even look for him. Not only was that quite sad, but it was also a serious danger. After learning this, Akademik decided to take Valery under his wing even more—perhaps, in a way, compensating for the loss of his son, who would have been the same age as Valery. In some way, they both filled the voids in each other’s lives. Akademik gained a son in Valery, the one he had lost. And Valery, in turn, gained a father in Akademik, the one he had always dreamed of.
