Things are running a little behind again...
Added 2025-11-24 13:32:34 +0000 UTCZero to Hero lesson 25 should have been up by now. Unfortunately, it's going to be a while longer before its ready. I'd very much like to have up by this Sunday night at the latest, but I won't make any promises -- there's still a good chance it could be further delayed.
The life of a freelancer (a life I've been forced into) is unpredictable to say the least. While I can find myself with weeks of no work, and that brings its own issues, I can also find myself suddenly swamped. This should be something to celebrate of course, if it wasn't for the harsh deadlines and the low pay. And I'm not in a position to refuse any work that does come my way, so this does mean delays like this will happen. Please understand. Being unable to keep a regular schedule annoys me, too. This, of course, is one of the driving reasons I dream of that day when Moonrune Saga hits the 600 odd paying subscribers it needs to become my full time job. That would grant the time and financial stability needed to keep to a schedule without (too many) outside influences getting in the way. In fact, it would let me write several pieces in advance, and then focus on more materials. Maybe we'll get there by 2030!
Hopefully my next update will be to announce that the lesson is published.
