Complete Patreon Reward and Tier Overhaul

This is how the new system is going to work
Every month I'm going to have a poll to determine a character for me to draw that's voted by you guys. Only people on a certain tier and above will be able to vote on this poll
1$ - Early Access to the sketch WIP's of pictures that I am working on
3$ - Early access to the sketch WIP's and get to see pictures 2 weeks before they go up on Deviantart or elsewhere
5$ - All of the above, but you get to vote in a monthly poll to determine a character I draw that month
10$ - All of the above, but you get two votes instead of just one in the monthly character poll
And in the future, all of these would give you roles/special titles on my Discord server, and entry into the server if you aren't already there
