Organizing Don'ts #3 [a little black cat says: Don't have one on ones over alcohol.]
1-on-1s must happen outside of work. The pub* therefore seems a fine place to agitate. [the little black cat who is wearing an apron and is about to serve coffee and oatmeal asks a coworker "Wanna chat after work?" The coworker, a panda bear, says: "Let's go for pints!"]
To have a good organizing conversation, it helps for both of you to be sober.[the little black cat and the coworker are at a pub, drinking messily. The cat yells: "March on the boss!" the panda bear says: "Let's both quit!"]
Find non-alcohol related opportunities for Agitation, Education and Inoculation. [the little black cat is putting on a winter coat after the shift and asking their coworker: "Wanna carpool tomorrow?" the panda is putting on a mitten and replies: "Sure!"]
