Doggy meets Phineas Flynn

Even when I wasn't making a webcomic during that three year gap, I still thought up some gags to use. Something like this should've came out when Phineas and Ferb were at the height of their popularity, but I still thought it was funny enough to do now. Sorry, this was so late!
