Animate CC's drawing tools are such a vast improvement of Flash it's crazy. I normally would draw a comic in Photoshop, but the vector tools will allow me to do dramatic zoom ins/outs much easier.
Based on advice I've received over the months, I realized that doing a full on motion comic might not be what's best, so I went back in and added animated elements. The show will be limited animation, but with an episode coming out more frequently and voice acting, this should make a for a fun step-up in the series!
