In a nutshell...

Hypnosis play should be fun and enjoyable for everyone involved. If you find that your hypno sessions are negatively impacting your life in any way, then you should take a break or step away. You should aim to keep your sessions short and make sure you are staying hydrated, eating well and getting plenty of exercise. These files are here for you to have fun and be yourself. Your safety and health should always come first <3

It's also important to remember that many of the themes and ideas presented in my content are purely fictional and should not be taken literally or used to form opinions or attitudes about real-life relationships. This kind of fantasy play should only be explored by yourself or with trusted, consenting partners.

What are the goals of these files? What do they do?

The main focus is simply erotic fun and self-love, as well as the pleasure of being hypnotized and entering trance. There is a strong focus on encouraging femininity, both as a sexual role and an identity, especially for transfeminine people. I am not a professional hypnotherapist or gender therapist so please don't use my files as your only source of guidance, but many of my fans find that the files help them accept and love themselves more.

I also want you to keep in mind that I'm only presenting a narrow view on what femininity can be. Most of us are mainly here for erotic fun, so everything is a little bit exaggerated and tongue-in-cheek. I'm not trying to convince you that real life is all about looking pretty and being good in bed (although if that's all you care about then no judgment either!), it's just that they make very effective and fun suggestions.

The files will also occasionally use words like "permanent", "forever", "locked in", etc. I do not believe that any hypnotic suggestion can be permanent. This kind of language is used to increase the effectiveness of the suggestions while in trance, but it is recommended that you think about this before going into your sessions and be ready to interpret those suggestions in the way which works best for you. You might want some of this to actually be permanent, or maybe it just means "permanent while I'm in trance", or something else that works for you.

Are there triggers that people could abuse on me?

Not really, but everyone is different. You should always have the mindset that the triggers only work while you are under my hypnosis, or when used by someone you trust and you want them to work. This might also be something you may want to mentally prepare for before putting on my files if you are particularly susceptible to triggers.

Are these files addictive?

Like any erotic hypnosis content, they could become addictive for some people. I highly recommend keeping your sessions under 1 hour long until you are experienced and confident about the headspace you enter under hypnosis. Take regular breaks and stay hydrated. Allocate time for your hypno sessions where you can safely go under.

Can I read the transcripts?

Yes, I provide my TTS scripts as an attachment on all content releases. Please note that the videos sometimes sample content from other media and the transcripts won't include those lines.
