My Patreon's Future

I've mustered up some courage to make a post to talk about a minor problems I have and maybe get some suggestions for what I should do for the future of this Patreon.
My problems is that I've gotten to the point where I don't know how to run this Patreon anymore. It's more of a self problem of laziness and interests moving else where. Something I'm sure you've noticed and probably expected. I haven't been uploading anything on here in some time and been trying to figure out the best way to manage this. The main problem for the lack of uploads has been my interest of Sonic art slowly leaving. It's still one of the few things I'll only draw, but it's been becoming rarer to see me do. I guess you can blame my own OCs for it. While I don't really want to bait and switch Sonic to my OCs or something else, but I can't get myself to be productive on here. Also don't want to close this too since it's one of my few ways of making money.
I could try to change how I manage this. Rather than having one or two uploads a month, I could make this place to more of a Tip-Jar with bonuses like discounts on commissions and maybe free requests a month to help reward the support. Something I've seen others do and seems to be more enjoyable for everyone.
I don't want to do this out of nowhere, so I want to know how you feel about this and anything else that could be suggested.
