Damn it, it cut my comment off sorry for the double. Anyways! I have to point out that this director made The Crow (the original, not the second terrible one). And yes, that had _way_ better starting material & a writer who was personally invested in both the comic & the movie. I couldn't help it; The Crow was one of my favorite movies waaaay back. I remember having the movie poster & going to see what else Alex (Whatever His Name Was) & being so disappointed that there was only this crap-fest. Again I apologize, I couldn't control myself.
