If Sugar was the warden of Impel Down and turned all the prisoners into toys, that would erase everyone's memories of all the prisoners. That could be good or bad. It could erase people's pain or trauma from crimes that were done against them, but also it could backfire on the Navy where anyone they capture is forgotten about, so to the world the only pirates the people would be aware of are the ones that haven't been captured and would make it look like they are ineffective because no one would know of any of the pirates they took prisoner.

Hear me out about Usopp. If you played any pokemon handheld after RBY or RG, Ghost types have a move called "Astonish" that somehow inflicts damage. That's basically what Usopp did here, back in Thriller Bark, and Alabasta. Usopp is basically a Bug/Ghost type pokemon lol.

To put it simply for you guys : - logia type devil fruits are only the natural elements in the environment, like magma, light, ice, fire, gas, lighting, sand, smoke...... etc.. hence, strings and poison are not logias. - Zoan type are animals classified into 3 : Mythical : Marco’s phoenix, Sengoku’s Buddha. (Mythical creatures) Ancient : Drake’s T-Rex. (extinct creatures) Normal zoan : Lucci’s leopard. (Noraml creature) Any other DF other than those are Paramecia.
