This series of 8 swords were created by the ‘Defiled Seraph’, an abomination accidentally created through a ritual using a stolen consecrated flesh of a celestial guardian performed by a cult who called themselves ‘The Children of One’. The failed ritual gave birth to an incomplete deity that end up integrating all of the cult members into its body. After that, using the broken pieces of the altar they used to create it, the creature created 8 cursed swords by twisting and merging the cultist leader’s body with the fragment of the altar. The Archive manages to secure 3 of them and currently keeping the sword with the still-living cultist leaders in a temporal stasis within the vault, researchers are still looking for the remaining fragments in order to study the ritual and find a way to kill the abomination.

Now, this sword is an expansion to one of last year Trial of Ink creature, 'The Defiled Seraph' , which also related to 'The Brilliant Overseer' lore.
Funny things is... It took me extra time to finish this one because I misread the prompt as 'Wrapped' and has to make some adjustment XD
UPDATE :
Another one since I managed to finish several stats during my vacation last week~ the main theme is 'agony' and 'botched ritual.'

Oh, I think that's correct. it has 2 separate 'charges', the one that indicate how many time you can use curse of agony and the one that can be used for the summoning. You can use the curse of agony a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and you regain the uses after a long rest. AND every time you kill a cursed creature, you gain 1 CHARGE (max 8) which can be used to do the summoning, but, you lose 1 charge every long rest. This meant that you can't just hoard the charge for a prolonged time once you got 8 charges, in order to keep the summoning ready to be used, you need to keep cursing and killing every day.

2023-05-01 14:23:20 +0000 UTCYes! This is amazing! I think you may have made a mistake with the recharge portion, it says it regains all recharges after long rest but also says it loses charges after long rest.
