April 2025 - Monthly Update

 

Hey there true believers - Will here, with what is without a shadow of a doubt, LORE's biggest monthly update yet! So much cool stuff to cover; I can't wait - let's dive on in!

This month saw the addition of nearly 300 new assets to LORE, split between the Starpunx & Atompunx ranges. This includes every Assault Rifle variant in Cyberpunk 2077, some restaurant assets, hospital assets - all kinds of good stuff! All of formatted for dungeondraft and available on the LORE Airbridge from the LORE Central Hub.

Additionally LORE has released two full maps this month, with the help of our brand new official LORE cartographer Jcorp! Jcorp comes from a long history of video game modding and level design in the source and creation engines, using this perspective to inform his cartography in creating both visually engaging and tactically interesting battle maps for TTRPG. We're super excited to have him onboard - he adds a ton of value to LORE's offerings.

Speaking of LORE's offerings - starting today, we've got a new Patreon tier!

The brand new $3 Cartography Collector Patreon tier gives you access to all the static versions of LORE's finished battlemaps. This tier includes any variants, both gridded and clean, in both printable HD PNG format and VTT optimized Webp. This tier does not contain any cartography assets, animations or Foundry VTT integrations - so it's ideal for GM's who just want more great maps to flesh out their encounter libraries.

To kick off the new collection this month, we have Jcorp's first two official LORE maps!

 Real Big Pig - Hog Racing & BBQ

 This post-apocalyptic pit stop is the perfect place to procure pork for your party! Just make sure that it's not the long-pig variety, and that they don't find themselves on the menu.

Lot of narrative possibilities abound for this locale, it makes a mind wander and a stomach growl!

Mercy Hospital

 Mercy may be in the name of the hospital, but it'd be a foolish party going there to search for any. If you don't know what darkness lurks in the heart of your players - you'd be hard pressed to find a better location to pry open their chests and take a look!

The narrative possibilities for this dilapidated hospital practically write themselves - and none of 'em are good!

Animated Artisan tier patrons can now grab the LORE module from the Animated Artisan Master Directory, and install it into Foundry like any other module - Let LORE save you the hassle of setting up your VTT! Just install, add bad guys and stir with a group of players!

Speaking of bad guys, LORE's VTT optimized top-down tokens pair very  nicely with maps in VTT - Chase your players through the BBQ Joint & Hospital with LORE's Big Butcher token, for instance!

 

If somehow the players manage to slay that big bastard - give 'em his sword as loot!
