I am totally into chastity ( I know its somewhat nieche): are you planning to maybe make the effect "locked" visible?

Could you please explain more about "milf body" I see it from option in system menu and your progress report. How my character can get that body? May be I already got them but not know. 2. After playing a lot my characters face a lot of transformations and their body look kind of very big both top and bottom (b*obs and as*). Is there any way to lower their size? If you ever explain my questions to other you can paste link here so I can read them. Thank you
