*UPDATE* it’s working!! it’s much too late to edit now so i’m gonna sleep and wake up early and start. video will either be up late tomorrow or early wednesday!! thanks to those who reached out to help ♥️♥️

hi corn pops - my least fave thing to do, but it’s looking like tomorrows post will be late.

i’ve been fighting with adobe all day, and still haven’t been able to make it work. i’m so sorry and please be assured i’m still working on figuring it out i just don’t know when it’ll be up and running. will try to get the video edited and out as soon as i can though 😭

for anyone who has adobe and can maybe help i’m gonna explain the issue below and maybe someone knows what else i can try?

literally all that’s happening is it gets stuck on the opening window and never fully opens the program. i tried the obvious reboots, etc. i called support and we did the following:

- updated premiere pro

- uninstalled and reinstalled (twice lol)

- downloaded and installed older version(s)

- updated drivers

- updated windows (some weird little optional update but still did it)

and it’s still just stuck. they submitted a ticket or whatever but i was given no timeline on when i would hear back.

i even thought maybe if i just leave it, it’ll eventually open(?!??) but it’s been like 40 minutes now and just sitting on the opening screen.

so anyway i’m going to go take a little dinner break then head into the abyss of adobe forums and see if there is any more help there but if anyone has any ideas please comment here or DM me on discord/patreon i’d be forever grateful for any help! 🥺
