Coordinating Private Workstreams

I want to start doing private work streams for my $30 patrons to watch. I was thinking of doing one this week, but I want to know what would be the ideal time? Would you prefer me to let you know a few days ahead of time? Should I do this on a weekend? I know international timezones can make things tricky to catch everyone during waking hours, so I might try to aim for midday/early afternoon (EST). I could also try doing several streams a week, though with the holidays it may be a bit tricky. I want to try to make it so everyone can catch at least one stream, though it'll be hard to work around everyone's timezones and work schedules. It might be a situation where I change times each week to try to offer more variety in times. The only week I will not be doing a stream is during Christmas week, during which I'll be out of town with family. Let me know what you'd like me to try schedule-wise!
