The Shaffer Bros

Ok, so the dialogue is random, the age difference between Jeremy (on the left) and Charles (on the right) is inaccurate (approx. 7 years age difference, whereas here it looks more like... idk, none? :p )
But the whole point of this sketch was more of a visual note to myself on the differences between the brothers, both in how they look and how they act.

So, I'll give you a brief description of these two boys, without giving too much away by describing their personalities or behaviour towards one another instead of what is going on in their lives etc.

Charles is the oldest of the Shaffer boys. He is a well behaved, obedient, and responsible young man. But he is also temperamental, brutally honest, and comes off as emotionally unaffected regarding any positive emotions - kind of like he has this constant pokerface with a dominant vibe to it.

Jeremy on the other hand, is very emotional, naive, gullible and insecure. In contrast to Charles who normally hides how he feels (unless it's anger), Jeremy "wears his heart on his sleeve" so to speak. He gets rather crude comments on his emotional tendencies from Charles, but if anyone else tries to mock Jeremy for how he is, Charles is quick to defend him.

Jeremy admires and looks up to his brother and wants to be as 'brave' as him. However, his attempts of bravery ends up getting himself in trouble  instead, and time and time again Charles comes to his rescue and gets Jeremy out of trouble, even if it means taking the blame and consequences for his reckless younger brother's actions.

Despite how irksome Charles thinks Jeremy's apparent ineptitude is, he sees it as his duty - or occasional burden - as an older brother to protect Jeremy and keep him safe from harm. At least until hopefully one day Jeremy might take some responsibility for his thoughtless actions, or perhaps actually learn something from them for a change.

Yep. So, that was more or less an elaboration of that random dialogue I guess. But I hope there was at least some entertainment value in this all :) Or fuel for thought? ;)
