Livestream highlights

So, my wifi died on me last night unexpectedly, and before that shit was laggy as heck, so in an attempt to make up for that I'm posting the sketches from last night's livestream session :D

And also seemingly introducing a plausible new character? O3O

Freddie!

Freddie runs the record shop Lillith works at. Despite being Lillith's boss, he acts more like a fellow employee, partaking in the daily chores and other mundane tasks around the shop same as everyone. He and Lillith also enjoy passing time with music talk, friendly banter and inside jokes.

Lillith looks up to Freddie - and not just literally as he is much taller than her - but more specifically because he has lived the life and had the career Lillith dreams to one day have.
Freddie is a multitalented musician, singer, songwriter, producer and composer. He's been the front figure of a successful band and has been touring a lot, a total rockstar in Lillith's eyes.
Despite having been a front figure with a stage persona of someone seemingly loving the rockstar lifestyle, Fred's not very fond of attention and often feels the need to withdraw from the world and be alone for a while. When his musical career and the fame that followed became too much for him, he quit it all and moved to a smaller city where no one had heard of him, wanting a fresh new, anonymous start and applied for a regular job at a record store. Not long after he got promoted to shop manager, and has worked there since.

Lillith, being the rocker and audiophile she is, loves nothing more than to chat with Freddie about their mutual passion for music.
Though Lillith also enjoys teasing him a bit. She's noticed Freddie's dislike of compliments, and has made it an inside joke to pretend she only likes him for his amazingly shiny and soft hair.

Lillith dreams of being a rockstar herself, and basically doing all the things Fred has already done, but holds herself back a lot.
Fred knows this and calmly but solemnly encourages her to pursue her dreams, sharing some tricks of the trade with her and advice on how to accomplish her goals.

Questions came up in the stream though, regarding Freddie's height and whether he was taller than Greg. And as I often do with questions that spark my imagination, I drew my reply

..Last night's stream wasn't only about this character though ;) It drifted off into random goofy arts slowly but surely as is aparently tradition in the "Oomi-streams" ;)

(also, all these heights are approximate (with the exception of my own height in that eerie self insert goblin there), as I suck at remembering numbers so I just rounded it up, but a more accurate chart can be found on my deviantart page :) )

The height difference between Lillith and Fred sparked some associations and thoughts regarding other characters and their height differences as well.

It also turned out Fred's taller than Charles, meaning he beat Charles' record of second tallest character in the lineup, beat only by Greg who's still the undefeated, unchallenged champion.

The words "Charles", "Greg" and "beat" also sparked some ideas.. and talks emerged of whether Greg could beat Charles, like for real beat him in a fight.
I think that Greg could physically do it, probably, but mentally? Not so much..  Greg's too much of a pacifist to even high five someone XD

And then slowly but surely the stream started to lag and I failed to notice, continuing to doodle stuff, lost in my own thoughts until I finally became aware of the lag and how my wifi connection was acting up XD
So I'm guessing some of the doodles that follow may not have been shown at all or at least not properly.

But here they are now :D 

I hope this helped somewhat :) sorry for just disappearing from the stream and the chat last night. I lost wifi connection completely and the cellular bit's waaay too expensive for me to stream with :O in addition to not being powerful enough to begin with :p 

But I hope I can find a way to fix my wifi issues. Until then, thanks for joining in on the stream on such short notice, and I hope to see you later sometime :D
