He is being re-calibrated this moment and our scans show that he is accepting the new programming just like our previous test subjects. When awoken, he will be compelled to obey the script of his new persona. He will talk and act just as he is supposed to. Of course, on your request, the Batman will remain and be fully conscious, but unable to release himself from the script. Only you have the power to allow the Batman his voice with the use of this remote. When the button is pressed, Batman can only speak freely to you, but is restricted from fighting, fleeing, or in anyway thwarting your scheme. In just a few short hours, you will see a fully transformed Batman in every way."
Mayor Hill: "Excellent. And what of the Batman's newest...inhibitions?"
Scientist: "As per your special request, we have added the 'love inhibitor' chemicals to the formula. The Batman will not be able to resist having feelings for you, Mayor, and it will be a guilt that continually weighs on and burdens him.
