(Batman rises to grab the artifact but as soon as he does he is hit by a something akin to an electric shock that renders him unconscious).
Catwoman: "He's all your Oswalt. Get him to your lair. He's harmless now. The changes will take effect in due time."
Oswalt: "Excellent. Looks like you're useful after all. He'll make an excellent addition to my Iceberg Lounge...but I think I might keep him all to myself!"
Catwoman: "Do as you wish. The Bat is yours to mold."
