Actually to be fair, Jon didn't betray Dany, he never agreed to keep it a secret. He told Dany he had to tell his sisters and made no promises. Dany knows Jon and the person he is, so he couldn't keep that secret from her or his family. Plus regardless of this, Dany still would of lost Rhaegal and Missandei which ultimately pushes her over the edge, along with feeling shes lost Jon too now, since he doesn't want her to be more than his queen now. To be honest i always saw Dany heading this way, she made promises about it, in most of her speeches. I just feel the story was too rushed and needed to spread out over 10 season with 10 episodes, like Grrm suggested.
