This anime is nothing like Attack on Titan. This anime has too many filler episodes and jokes around Alot. Once you get to Shippuden is when things start getting wild.

2021-10-28 14:59:02 +0000 UTCI watched it as a kid too but I don't have as strong of feelings towards it because I almost 18 when I saw it. I feel like it hits different at that age. Naruto is a good story but it takes a very very long time to go through all the filler and silly episodes. :D

I was like 10 when I started watching Naruto in 2005 as it aired and this show holds a spot in my heart just like Avatar the Last Airbender (I highly recommend a series on that) and Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood (also a recommendation). So many amazing stories and shows to watch out there…. Naruto being easily top 10.

2021-10-28 04:54:15 +0000 UTCThe nostalgia is almost overwhelming. I wish I could watch this show for the first time again so bad. Super excited you’re watching this series. It can be slow at times but it’s one of the best story tellings of “the hero’s journey” I’ve ever seen. Please don’t give up on this show! Original Naruto is low budget and it shows but it seriously pays off in the long run. P.S. “hoe-cage” made me literally laugh out loud
