Granny Chiyo was able to own up to her own mistakes, even where she failed Sasori, yet she didn't make excuses for Sasori's evil either. In the end, she did what she could to repair the damage she had played a part in creating, while encouraging the next generation to be better. Kakashi was correct, she came to a magnificent end for a Shinobi, leaving the world a better place than she found it.
