2022-12-04 15:34:40 +0000 UTCYou may have figured it out by the end of the movie, but in case you didn't, the reason Hank and Hope were angry at Scott is because, they were responsible for creating the tech that he used when he worked with Captain America, which meant they were breaking the law too. So they were upset with him because he was the reason they had to be on the run.
