Veigar quite a bit worse, but the other mages arent so good either so i will keep him where he is, but karfus for sure better than him atm
Not bad zeri nerfs but she wont go down a tier, its a solid champ, better in pro play cus her kit and scaling gets more used in controlled enviroment.
Honestly these patches aree really boring and there isnt rlly much changes so thats why my tierlists are late
