Talon up a tier, buffs prior + now youmoos being so op is perfect for him, its the perfect item for talon to be op, people playing encahnter supports makes it easy for him to snowball too.
Trynda is a questionmark for me cus im not sure about his new items, maybe you can go stridebreaker and mroe tanky approach, or maybe you just same build but with galeforce as mythic, im not sure so take his rating with a grain of salt, maybe just navori as mythic
yas yone same tier for now, i think if u go galeforce build they arent that bad
for mandate i was thinking maybe some champs like ori, swain , gragas maybe can consider going it, except for that its not rlly an item for most mids i think
Anivia down a tier, the adc changes + mids having chapter at 1.1k gold is a nerf to her ( she goes tear, can never match chapter spike )
Chapter change is a nerf to cassio too, especially roa cassio, but she is so strong anyways it wont hurt her 2 much.
graves mid is better due to collector buffs and youmoos, you can go lethality graves now in mid again, not S+ tho
garen up a tier, very good vs the assassin mids + stridebreaker buff, rapidfire having AD, is all good changes for him.
kassa down a tier, when so much assassins in mid is being played its worse for kassa..
Sante mid is super strong, his winrate dont matter, its similar to azir in the past, low winrate but strong pick.
Thats it for now, im sure some of these are wrong and will be stronger or weaker, but so far looks good.

Viktor has easier damage access and way better lane than syndra, i value lane strength alot for mages in soloq, cus all mages scale well. Chapter buff helps alot of mages, but viktor uses it better than syndra too A viktor lategame is very strong, but he also wins lane.
