In the history of the patreon a champion has never jumped 3 tiers in 1 patch, but riot games managed to do it with reksai. So hear me out:
Reksai was a+ to S tier with prowlers, they removed prowler and nerfed youmoos so she was A tier, now they buffed her, her bruiser items are buffed ( stride, triforce both buffed ) so shes S+.

rell added, not sure of strength too much but i only saw 1 game vs me and she wasnt that op

with the nerfs to youmoos, rengar and khazix god tier carry group has been removed.

With reksai being added to the pool of possible jglers evelynn is a bit weaker, but the nerfs to kha and rengar helps her a bit but they are still played, so shes S tier, but on the higher end of S.

Youmoos being OP hepled graves alot with youmoos collector build, now that its nerfed he is weaker, still on the stronger side of soloq jglers but not S+.
