Ivern is nerfed but he got so mega buffed that it doesnt matter

Kindred nerf is pretty big in high level play, but in soloq especially low elo soloq it wont matter too much, matchups like rengar lee graves kha is harder, still a very good champion tho

Nidalee buff is nice

Reksai nerf makes more sense to hurt her in toplane than in jungle, but its a nerf no matter what, thing is tho, IMO the OP jglers are sooo ahead of the other champions in strength that nerfs like this isnt enough.

Rell up a tier

Vi down a tier, think for pro play still a good champion, but worse in soloq, you really want to perma use ult in soloq.

Lee buffs are good, and like i said earlier he is quite a bit better vs champs like kindred especially, up a tier. Not just because of his own buffs, but nerfs to champs like reksai that are good vs him and nerfs to kindred which is a matchup he does ok vs. Keep in mind lee items has been consistantly buffed ( Gore, Steraks, Cleaver )

Correct me if im wrong but i dont think any of the item changes does anything to junglers, i dont think stormrazor ER change will make you buy it first on like graves etc. Slight buff for shaco maybe, nerf to rengar buying ER later in the game.
