BEST ASSASSIN BLINDS: Ahri Tristana Akali

Akali gets 30 extra health but she has worse items than start of season, so still overall a worse champ than before, i still rate her highly tho cus i think her lane is very strong and its a consistant assassin, compared to the others. every assassin got worse with nerfs to protobelt etc, not just akali

Azir down a tier, pretty big dmg nerf and buffs to other champions that does well vs him | Hwei Akali for example.

LB up a tier, good buffs

Brand up a tier, mainly a lower elo pick, rlly good vs melee comps in low elo ( People tend to teamfight more and run into chokes etc, which brand is very op in) Lane phase is simple, W the wave and E off the minions, you get push and free E hit on enemy

Ryze good buffs, very good right now, only thing limiting him imo is playing vs long range teams, like lets say enemy has range heavy botlane, and you are against something like syndra/orianna in mid, its a good ryze game, Anything else i think hes Z tier .

Vlad down a tier, alot of mages are strong right now, rarely has good matchups, nerfs to protobelt, alternator.

Xerath Down a tier, with Hwei being in the game i feel like he is a better xerath in most cases unless xerath R is op in the game ( very rare since you need to face immobile champs + be against no dive )
