BEST TANK BLINDS: Udyr Ornn Skarner
Olaf down a tier, Nerfs to his items (steraks sundered for example ) nerfs directly makes him just quite a bit worse than older patches ( 14.567 etc)
Kennen is great this patch, good buffs
Sejuani up a tier, her W dmg scales, its a bit weaker early game, but shes also tankier from passive, and toplane seju gets more resists and hp than jungle seju. Good into tanks or renekton
still think skarner is very strong in top, better than the tanks below him.
Renekton down a tier, think nerfs to steraks, sundered, eclipse all will hurt him, and kennen being picked more now makes him worse too.
Urgot up a tier, been seeing him alot more, despite his nerf i think hes better than what i thought before.
