Nilah down a tier, still good into some things like Draven, but yea pretty good nerf on her Q, the buff they added doesnt matter
Twitch nerfs are pretty good, still very good in the meta tho, great into Jinx Ashe Zeri Jhin, alot of the adcs that people are playing, and the nature of soloq fits this champion, the R ad nerf matters quite a bit tho.
