First strike is OP on mages, since you get 15 gold on the procc + dmg dealth, common poke abilities will give you 17-19 gold per procc, easily 300+ gold at 10 minutes each time, Makes champions like Viktor, leblanc, Karfus, Velkoz, Jayce, Corki for example all better.
Veigar, Tf and other shurelya champions quite worse. Shurelya is still the best i think for TF. For veigar shurelya is still needed vs range comps, but vs tankier melee teams maybe you can torch + rabadons since the extra % AP is good synergy between veigar , raba and torch.
Annie up a tier, good torch liandry champ, and the first strike change is great for her.

Zyra Brand Malza all better with the new torch item, but the item and its component got nerfed, which makes both torch build path and liandry worse. Before hotfix, they would be S tier, but right now i feel like they remain where they are, brand might be S without even going the torch item tbh, like Liandry Rylais and then torch maybe. Not sure about rushing this item on all DPS champs, feel like its better to buy it later on most of them.

Neeko down a tier
Swain still the best champ vs melees, this patch Torch Liandry Rylais makes him stronger than malignance would before.
Kassa down a tier, first strike changes make enemy farm gold more vs him, and his previous nerfs hurts him aswell
Ludens change + Strike change = LB up a tier, pretty sure this champ good
Garen up a tier, PD change for him is crazy good. Stride into PD ( Garen mainly pick into all melee champs, or weak mages.
Corki is good , with lethality build, or crit vs tanks, check my twitter for full build
Galio down a tier, im so happy playing vs galio now just go first strike and print money.

He is the best ad counter to alot of melee champions, especially if paired with things like Taliyah, nidalee, Elise. also midlane pantheon has a very powerful ult.

2024-05-18 11:15:12 +0000 UTC2 builds: Kraken Navori IE BT Navori IE, i like this build alot vs mages since u want scepter dblade cull anyways vs mages, so this gives u a cheap item, instead of restarting ur build from scepter into navori.

2024-05-18 09:47:43 +0000 UTCnot sure myself yet, havent gotten around to try her, i know her winrate with torch is good but it doesnt make sense that the item is good on her, its not strong in lane compared to alternator into horizon focus/ludens, its less AP than seraphs , and she doesnt have good spells to frequently procc it
