TF been getting hit lately, shurelya nerf, direct nerfs this patch, but not enough to move him down. Annie down a tier, first strike nerf hurts her alot.
Main change this patch is nerf to first strike, making champs like annie viktor velkoz hwei worse. Velkoz down
