Leona nerf matters more in soloq than in comp play, but its still not enough, and its still ap jungle meta, leona is great with ap jg and against ap jg, all ap jglers are vulnerable to getting leona R sniped.
main thing for supports this patch is changes to boots and items, abb mask is alot better, but harder to achieve.
Mercs change great for champs like leona, really bad for champs like nautilus who needs to have mercs himself.
Symbiotic ssouls is based AF on bard pyke support shaco etc if you can afford it to go it without inting.
