GP up a tier, consistantly gotten good buffs and ranged tops have been heavily nerfed over and over again ( vayne varus smolder etc) not strong or anything but not in worst tier.
gwen is same champ just does slightly less dmg , but in most cases these days she just oneshots with the new build.
Irelia is very strong if matchup is good, but alot of champs in higher tiers beat her, she has good matchups vs alot of champs in same tier or below, but in higher tiers its mainly kennen matchup thats good.
