One Piece UPDATE!

I really hate this suggestion, what about some of the best arcs in the series that he jumps over, I would rather be subscribed for 15 years then something like that.

I would love you to continue with OP, 2 ep 2 days a week or like you did it before.. I do believe you will be motivated by ep 131. And you probably will probably want to watch more. It is okay to take it slow some of us are here for the long run. One piece is awesome and worthy a reaction you are my favorite Reactor that is reacting to this series, Take it slow, you will love the journey and there is people here that are willing to have 4 ep a week. I am watching with both SMF and Belz, and I believe in what you have done up to now is good. I would love to see you pick it up again. If not take a break from it and watch Bleach or Naruto. I myself dislike Bleach so I at least would perfer Naruto or One Piece.

i think u should continue it nobody says you have to watch an episode every day or binge 5 in a row just do one or two episodes a week even if it takes a long time it doesnt matter I would be preety sad if you dropped it

Just drop it for now i guess. I mean One peace has some of the greatest moments in anime history, but you are still far away from these and the pacing will be so slow, that only every xx episode becomes really exciting as a viewer. Therefore forcing is has no value for this kind of anime in my opinion.

If you aren’t feeling it, then yeah, definitely at least take a break. It’d be cool to see you continue someday, but honestly I’ve been pretty behind on them personally, so I suppose I don’t have much stake in it. Ultimately I think it should be up to you man. We’re here for you.

You've lost interest in One Piece? I completely understand. I've gone in and out of One Piece 3 or 4 times now. It's actually due to your reactions that I got back into it again, but if the passions not there, don't try to force it. Enjoy at your own pace, or you won't be able to enjoy it at all, and for series that can spawn such deep emotional investment that I know this can, that would be a damn shame. Whatever your decision, you Patrons will stand by you, but at the very least consider completing the original reaction plan. Episode 91 wasn't it?

One Piece is my favorite anime but it is a LOT to take on. I think there are key episodes I would LOVE to see your reaction to but I don’t think it is necessary for you to react to all of it. At the pace you are going, it’s take you years to finish. Just watch it at your own pace and enjoy it for yourself but if you’re willing to still make some reactions for it if absolutely give some recommendations for reaction worthy episodes.

Sad. I liked your one piece reactions, especially since its hard to get blind one piece reaction videos from true anime fans in 2019. Its better to do reactions at your own pace or not at all, then force you to trudge through it all if its losing interest for you. I would like to see the occasional reactions maybe of the arc highlight episodes, if marathon or daily/weekly schedules is a no go. Actually, mentioning this, if you're not planning on watching one piece as a series for yourself, there are the one piece specials that are an abbreviation/shortened re-telling of the one piece arcs. You already passed the "Episode of East Blue" special, so you can watch "Episode of Alabasta" and "Episode of Sky Island" which is far less daunting then the backlog of all one piece episodes. I assume they will eventually come out with specials covering the later arcs too.

The strongest argument for manga reactions is that a 31 chapter marineford arc was completed at a decent pace within 3 hours. That would have been 33 episodes for the same story, maybe a little more padded for the emotional scenes etc. There's pros and cons to making that switch. The pros are that you get the intended storyline as is. The cons are that the handful of scenes that are more emotionally impactful in the anime, the orchestral score and the strong voice acting will be missed.

I had a feeling this would happen, because to stay emotionally invested in a show like One Piece over the long term requires consistency. Too much time has passed since the last video for you to stay motivated unless they've reached a certain point in the show. And the more time passes, the less likely you'll be interested in continuing. I know, because I've been there. I'll be 100% real with you, I subbed for One Piece. I find One Piece reactions satisfying, to relive those moments through new eyes. I, for one, would like to see you continue reacting to it on patreon. Maybe just once a week. I'm good if you don't post it to youtube-shmootube. Maybe do whatever YaBoyRoshi does and switch to manga reads. One piece is faster to catch up with that way. Then you can rewatch key scenes you enjoyed in anime form. Anyway, let us know what you decide.

I love your one piece reactions! But theres no point in reacting to it if you have lost interest or motivation. I would love to see your reactions only when you feel motivated and and interested. Dont let people force you to watch stuff you dont want to.

I think you should do what you think its best. But Im going to be honest here, I think your timing is pretty bad, and for me, makes it look like you were holding on people expectations. Basically, I think your communication on the subject wasnt great. I personally think you should continue because it is a fantastic show, but if you decidie its too much and you cant do it, then make it clear and lets move on to other stuff.

Unfortunately this is the major pitfall with any of the big three. A small but very vocal minority will always complain. It's never enough and you need to react in exactly the same way they did when they watched it. For me personally I dont really care what you decide to do. But most importantly what I'd like to see is consistency. Even if you only did one piece on a single day of the week. It would be fine as long as you keep on the schedule you set for it. I know you work hard and tend to bite of more then you can chew from time to time. Bit I honestly do enjoy your content even if I do only watch about 20% of it myself. ( i haven't watched a lot of the shows you are covering and dont want to spoil myself whenever I decide to watch them for myself. Anyway just remember to keep having fun I'll be here to watch.

In my opinion I would love to see you react to One Piece, but I think you shouldn't do it on schedule. Do it like a sideshow or something, when you have mood on OP react to it, when you don't have mood on it don't react to it. I understand that the OP community really demands too much and I hate this on OP community. I came here for your reactions not for One Piece so it doesn't really matter so much to me but there are many scenes in OP and I would love to see your reaction to them but it's your decision and I will respect it whatever it will be and I will still be proud patreon warrior.

I'm happy you brought this up, personally i think the community has a point in asking what's going with one piece since it has been gone for a month now, what i disagree with though is the "threats" you've been recieving saying "one piece or unsubscribe. I understand that people like that can really ruin the mood and enthusiasm needed to produce a quality video. Please keep in mind though that it's more important for many viewers that a show is consistent because some people see your uploads as one of the highlights of their day and there's nothing worse then waiting for something that you're expecting from the schedule but isn't coming. That aside though i think you should do the shows you enjoy instead of what is "forced" by the community. I hope this reaction helps you in making a decision.

Il follow both smf and belz but you are only person that i've ever paid just to see onepiece. I loved your one piece reacts that much. I would be happy if you continue with one piece even if its just 1-2 episodes per week. But afterall its your call. Do as you like the best.

I personally think(as you were thinking before) you should drop it on youtube and just cover it here on Patreon at your own regular pace that you'd wish. I really really would wanna see your reaction on it, and even if you only do like 3 ep a week, I would be more than satisfied with that. I really hope you don't drop it completely(so including here on patreon) as it's basically the main reason I became a patreon but of course I will respect your decision on it. It's a wonderful anime and that's why I was really really excited to see your reactions to all the different arcs, and I do think that there would be others who would also enjoy your reaction to it here. So this way you won't be pressured by the people from the one piece community on youtube and hopefully you would be okay with continuing it here for us on patreon. But as I said, I respect your decision on whatever you choose to do with one piece. Keep up the great work and don't let the toxic people on youtube get to you

Don't worry about the "community" because they'll never be happy, you could cover it everyday and do 20 episodes and they'd be upset your not doing 21 or more. Just go at your own pace and enjoy it. It is a good show and it is my favorite but there's other good anime as well don't get tied to one piece specifically.
