I watched it in dub and enjoyed it and I’ve never heard the sub but I would assume the sub is just as good if not better. I’m fine with either one honestly. I usually only like the sub on certain shows but this one is fine either way to me

That's straight up false. There are some fantastic dubbed anime. Just because a large chunk of dubbed isn't the greatest, doesn't mean it's all bad. Full-metal Alchemist, Trigun, InuYasha, Cowboy Bebop, etc. come to mind off the top of my head. Not saying this is the case for Code Geass. (as I haven't really watched it at all.) Just in general.

The dub has it's pros and cons. Some of the pros are that sometimes the VA's do a descent job, BUT obviously there are the bad ones as well. Nunally and Empress Tianzi are great examples of bad VA's.

Why are people saying the dub is good? I've seen both and dub sucked compared to sub. I'm not a dub hater at all currently watching Prison School, Inuyasha and Dragon ball super dubed because i think the dubs good. Well if dub wins on code geass then atleast my experience is ruined.

Glad to see this show get so much love. While it may not have non stop action like most anime the build up and the emotional/mental aspects make it worth it in my opinion. As for the age old debate of sub vs dub I'd personally would recommend sub. Enjoy DBG.

I vote for sub. On another note, I'm genuinely curious as to why some people don't like Code Geass. It's not a perfect show by any means, but it certainly deserves its place among the greatest anime of all time.

If you can't find it there is always the option of Nyaa(dot)si, also the english dub isn't bad, aside from a few characters, but the Japanese performance is imo simply stellar, you should go with the sub.
