Allone the " first " Season, you can see the issue if you try to squeeze a Visual Novel into an Anime. 12 Episodes, each around 20 Minutes ( if you ignore Opening and Ending) make around 240 Minutes ( 4 Hours) Know as Comparison: The Fruit of Grisaia 18+ Version has around 80-90 Hours on Material. There is also the Issue that they changed the Storys of the Girls to an extend that you will nothing understand from it. Almost 30 Hours Common Route, and the Girls Routes all around 5-10 Hours. Next, Labyrinth of Grisaia, which they squeeze into an OVA with 40 Min, the Main Story (Cocoon of Caprice) takes around 16-20 Hour. Not to forget that they included After storys for the Girls from the First Game , but its Non Cannon Material ( each Story around 5-6 Hour i think) since the Events never happend in the Way the first Game showed them. The Last Game, Eden of Grisaia, also has around 16-20 Hour in its Main Story + After Story for the Main Story and some sort of Prologue, each of them around 5 Hours Long.
