Gaja was flying without using magic(Licht has been the only person we have ever seen with such a feat) So other Kingdoms seem to use magic stages, Stage 9 being the lowest and 0 being the highest, we found out asta with no magic is stage 9, finral 3, mimosa 3, noelle 1, gaja 0. Gaja also having True Lightning magic as well. We meet the Water Spirit, Undine. this episode shows how stages are not necessarily the determination of how the fight can play out like nero says ability alone isnt a true measure of our power. this is important. next episode will have lots more info as well.
