I mean I get that, but in my country funimation doestn stream and crunchyroll have restriction on almost every new show so that sucks

This is a bit of a shame considering Timer Reactions are hard to operate with Australia's shit internet, it will constantly lag and thus de-sync, but I'll make it work because I like your reactions... however I will not use the official site for Funimation shows because Fuck Funimation they don't deserve it, they are a trash company run by pieces of shit who have 0 integrity and will purposefully change dialogue to push their own agenda.

I am not the biggest fan of timer reactions. it is a huge problem for someone like me who only own one screen. So i have to use my phone to watch your reaction while i am watching the anime on my main screen. Moreover a huge problem for a student like me is that I have to subscribe to many different streaming sites to watch the animes that you are watching. That is a huge problem especially in germany (where I live). In germany you dont have just 1-3 sites where you can find most animes. In germany you have 5-6 and then you are still missing alot because of the licensing issues in germany. Crunchyroll for example has way less animes in germany then for example in the US. So I have to switch to illegal sites to watch them and I would like to avoid that. But I can totally understand why you are doing it. It is just hard for me to still watch everything you upload with the money I have.

I have never been a fan of the timed reaction thing but i will stick around to see if ur cut up versions dont take too much away cuz then its no different than youtube so why bother paying for patreon? Luv ya contents and stuff but lets be real, Suzy Lu ruined a real good thing for alot of ppl with her abuse of the system on many different platforms so now everyone else has to deal with the aftermath of her fuck ups...if contents is still good ill stay but if its not...im just gonna unsubscribe from patreon...

You can still watch the anime synced up to the timer and have the exact same experience. He was technically breaking the law by doing this and by feeding him this sob story to try and get him to keep doing that, it's just selfish in my opinion. If he really means so much to you, do yourself a favor and watch the timer reactions. It's the same thing just a tiny bit of extra work

If you have some kind of intelligence, you would know all timed reaction will change is that it will take you an extra minute to set up. That's all...

In some ways, watching your vids became more entertaining than watching the anime episode itself. There were many times when I've laughed with you, cried with you, and have felt the same emotions with you. I can't help being sad because of the fact that things will never be the same. When you take breaks, or when you break the schedule, we understand you, and we allow you to do whatever you want because we know you are come back stronger than before. I just want you to realize how hurt I am because of this. Watching anime is not even your main thing anymore. It's just heartbreaking how I think my childhood is coming to an end for some reason. Whether I leave or not, I just wanted to share this information with you. THANK YOU :<

listening to that rlly just broke me. I'm still contemplating whether I should stay or leave, but when I think about all the memories I've made watching you, I just feel nothing but disappointment. I'm hurt because of the fact that things will never be the same. I don't think you are taking into consideration the impact this will have on people on a personal level. As I'm typing this, I think about your reactions to black clover, bleach, and other things. I think about how fun of an experience it was to watch your reaction alongside the anime episode itself.

yeah sorry bro im not going to keep subscribed for what is pretty much just what you put on youtube i like the full length videos and i hate the timer thing. i know you have to do this for legal reasons 'thanks suzy lu' but yeah was a good run will miss the full length videos hope you have a good future and career <3

So just to be clear because a long time fan but new to patreon. All shows from Paid Websites we need to sync ourselves but any other shows that are available for free will still be full length with vid?

Ehh I'm not really a fan of the timed reactions not only do I have memberships to all the anime sites but I've already watched the series I watch you react to and really only come to see you react to shows I like that your watching.
So if there's not going to be full reactions anymore not sure if I'll continue. I understand though that you gotta do what you gotta do.

It is still full length reactions, just with timer so you simply open the anime in a separater tab. Furthermore it's still early access.

So basically future-safing the full length reactions because of stuff happening around the world. Fair enough.
Making playlists because the Patreon page, specifically the search function, is complete ass. Good stuff.

A couple other content creators have started doing this recently aswell, almost seems a chain is starting X3 They only post the youtube version on their patreon now in advance. But timer is good, already used to it :3

Not trying to be rude but if Patreon isn't going to be full reactions then what is the selling point.

Yeah, I'm glad this Suzy Lu drama is opening a lot of folks' eyes. Yes full length uncut reactions are nice to watch. especially when those close to you aren't interested themselves in the same shows. But profiting on it has always been a bit sketch to me. Hopefully a lot more full length patreon reactors switch to timers just like you. And keep the experience of watching something with your mates still alive that way

I'm kinda glad you made the decision because the way it was done before was a bad way to continue. I always was concerned about it too but the recent events I believe you're referring to did answer the question. Full episodes reactions from Blind Wave do the same thing so I can time the videos like a pro lol.

If you are on desktop, firefox and Chrome have features that allow you to make the video pop out. No borders, resizable and you can drag it anywhere. Still if you want to pause both videos at the same time its annoying. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-picture-picture-firefox

I'll be honest here, it WILL be a huge pain, both for you as the creator because of how much more work you'll need to do, and for the viewers who'll have to try to sinc 2 vids at once. The already evident fault in this plan is that ALL streaming websites place their players in the middle of the page, so you either watch two small windows at the same time, in other words you can't use fullscreen with either. I know I am jumping a little ahead of myself since I haven't seen that tutorial vid yet, but I'm concerned how this will work out in the long run.
I do understand the concern regarding the fir use of the content, however I cannot help but fear this plan is most likely to blow in everyone's faces. In the worst case scenario, DBG will lose a TON of support from people who'll get annoyed about not having the full videos available like we had until now.
I wish I wouldn't have to be a wet blanket here, but I'm also a realist, and changes like that WILL bring some unsatisfied customers.

Is there a new schedule for your anime reactions?
2020-05-02 17:53:52 +0000 UTC
First, i understand why you need to do this. Second, i would love to watch anime from a legal site but i'm too poor to be able to. Being a legal weeb is expensive as hell, paid services and manga copies.
