Shadow Stripes

It's not always easy... from remembering hand placement, to pointed toes and knowing what your face looks like when it feels a certain way. The intricate details about myself that I am getting to know through daily practice. I don't just set up the camera and pose... I study the room/location and figure out how I can become part of that energy. Yoga is where I fist began attending to my mind/body/spirit, which elevated me to create shapes in my everyday surroundings. That's what I enjoy about it ...pushing through the awkward feeling at fist, but then finding myself.
