v0.02 Part 2 Dev Update | Release Timeline

I’m back with another update for v0.02 Part 2!
Attached are two preview images from the update, showing the moment when both families come together for the first time over dinner.
Challenges & Changes:
Whew... so this one tested me. My computer was really struggling to render the dinner scenes. Between six characters and an entire house in one scene, it was crawling. So I made the decision to upgrade my PC.
...And then chaos.
Turns out Daz Studio doesn’t yet play nice with the new Nvidia 5 series cards and it might not for a long while. After already tearing down my setup and upgrading parts, I had to pivot fast to keep things running. That meant rearranging my office, building a new desk and building a second computer.
The good news? I now have two workstations, and that means rendering and developing is about to get a whole lot faster.
v0.02 Part 2 Release Timeline:
The update is now planned for April, the whole computer fiasco set me back a bit, but I’m back on track. Once Part 2 drops, I’ll post an updated timeline for v0.03 and the next round of spicy rewards.
