Changelog rework.
- Reworked the changelog system towards simplification and support for multiple languages.
- This rework significantly reduced the amount of text that needed to be translated for coming localizations and is going to save a lot of time.
- Instead of showing a huge list of changes in a very small window, we now show a localized summary of changes with a link to the Patreon where full release notes are.
- We created a summary for all 46 past releases and fixed multiple errors in past release notes.
- We updated all our socials (GitHub, discord, canny.io) to match the new changelog system.
- We will no longer be translating full changelogs into all localization languages. However, we added convenient links to translate the English release note using Google Translate.
Patreon.
- Actualized the Patreon section in the extension menu.
- Increased the visibility of the project's Patreon page by moving release notes and adding a note via the hint-like system.
Russian localization.
- Changed the extension name from 'Чат Рулетное Расширение' to 'Videochat Extension - Чат Рулетное Расширение'.
- We believe that keeping one name for the extension works better for the updated Chrome Web Store.
- We plan to add support for more languages in the near future and are actively removing all obstacles. A specific Russian localization name was one of those.
