Patreon changes.

• We've adapted to the Patreon redesign, which now allows people to join for free to subscribe to the newsletter.
• Basically Patreon turned to a platform that hosts niche communities AND maintain paid benefits functionality for people who want to support the creator (in this case, the Videochat Extension project). 
• This rework works well for us, and we will be using Patreon for community building as we feel it is better suited for this purpose than Discord.
• The Discord community server will still be maintained, but we will only post important content on Patreon and link to it in the Discord announcements channel in the future.
