I quite liked this one. Really fun romp, great animation that kinda reminded me of those "Canadime" Totally Spies style, and quite the collection of obscure villains used. Also, cracked me up when (and how) Catwoman stole Batwoman's phone.

Wait hold up. YOU know of Noservetia being a SUPERBOY baddie? She was like in 2 obscure story arcs in the 90s series at MOST. Did you read those comics too when they came out!?!?
