“Put your hands up, and don’t use your Quirks!” A tall, lean figure loomed over them, a skull-shaped mask hiding his face. His grip on Denki Kaminari, the electric Quirk user of Class 1-A, was unyielding, while the other hand crackled with raw electricity. “One wrong move, and I’ll kill him.”
“Kaminari-san!” Momo Yaoyorozu cried, panic breaking through her usual calm. Her hands shot into the air, trembling slightly as she obeyed.
Kyouka Jiro mirrored her gesture, frustration and fear flickering in her eyes. “We… we completely let our guard down,” she muttered. “An ambush, right after we thought we had taken out all of them.”
Things had been going smoothly until that moment. With Kaminari’s Electrification Quirk, they had cleared out a group of Villains who had surrounded them, using a wide-range attack that seemed unstoppable. But no one had expected another Villain to be hiding nearby—one with an electric-type Quirk of his own, completely immune to Kaminari’s attacks.
And now, Kaminari was completely overloaded. His brain struggled to function, his usual quick thinking replaced with sluggish, distracted thoughts. He was practically useless in the Villain’s grasp, and extremely vulnerable.
“I don’t want to kill someone like me… an electric-type,” the masked Villain said, holding Kaminari firmly. “But I guess I have to, huh?” He glanced at Jiro and Momo, his grin turning cruel. “And I really don’t want to hurt two such pretty girls. We could have been friends if you are Good Girls for me. So… don’t move a muscle.”
Jiro’s mind raced. She had an idea, a plan forming at the edge of her panic. But before she could speak, something green hurtled through the air and landed a few meters away with a sickening thud.
It was a body. Bloodied, bruised, a deep wound in its chest that had stopped bleeding long enough to make the scene even more horrifying.
“No… Midoriya-san.” Momo’s voice cracked, tears gathering at the corners of her eyes as recognition hit her.
The Villain glanced at the body, expression unreadable behind his mask. “See?” he said coldly. “We’re serious. Don’t move unless you want to end up like him. And to make sure you’re not hiding anything… take your clothes off.” His grin twisted, cruel and malicious.

“Are you listening, All Might?” The small creature—part mouse, part bear, part dog—perched on the desk in front of him, tilted its head in concern. Principal Nezu had noticed the sudden distraction immediately. His sharp, analytical eyes always caught the slightest shift in body language, especially when his usually composed discussion partner abruptly rose to his feet.
All Might’s expression was grave, his towering frame trembling with sudden urgency. “Something’s wrong!” he shouted, his voice echoing off the walls of the office. Without a moment’s hesitation, he spun toward the direction of U.S.J., where his successor should be undergoing a regular Hero Class focused on rescue operations.
Nezu’s brow furrowed, his tone calm but urgent. “What do you mean? What have you noticed, All Might?” He had known the man for years and understood him well enough to know he would never joke about his students.
“One for All… has fully returned to me just now,” All Might growled through clenched teeth, anger and fear flashing across his features. “Something bad has happened to young Midoriya. I have to go—now!”
Nezu’s mind raced, worry and anger creeping up. “Hurry, then! I will gather the other teachers immediately. We will follow right behind you!” He barked the words, but All Might had already launched into motion, his massive form shifting into his muscular hero state as he propelled himself at incredible speed toward U.S.J.
Without missing a beat, Nezu snatched his cell phone from his pocket, fingers flying across the screen as he dialed a number. He moved quickly, leaving the office with purpose, already coordinating the next steps even as All Might disappeared from sight. Every second counted now, and there was no room for hesitation.

“What are you waiting for?” the electric Villain demanded, holding Kaminari up like a lifeless doll. “Do you want your friend here to end up like that dead guy?”
Kyoka Jiro, however, wasn’t entirely focused on the Villain. A faint noise had caught her attention, something small at first, almost imperceptible—but gradually it grew louder, more deliberate. At first, she only heard it because of her Quirk, but it seemed that Momo and even the Villain had started to notice it too.
Doom Dut Da Da! Doom Dut Da Da! Doom Dut Da Da!
“Drums?” Momo muttered from beside Kyoka, her voice a mix of confusion and awe. The sudden rhythm broke the tension for just a moment, drawing the attention of the girls—and even distracting the Villain holding Kaminari.
“Waaaay…” Kaminari added, still grinning like an idiot despite being suspended in midair, completely unaware of the danger.
It took Kyoka a moment to locate the source of the drumming. Her eyes scanned the area, focusing on a place where moments ago she had been certain there was no sign of life—no heartbeat, no movement, nothing. Now, a subtle motion betrayed the source. “It’s coming from Midoriya,” she whispered to Momo, careful not to let the Villain hear.
Doom Dut Da Da! Doom Dut Da Da! Doom Dut Da Da!
The Villain’s eyes flicked toward them, suspicion flaring. “What are you whispering, bitch? What’s going on? Tell me, or I kill the wimp!”
“N-nothing!” Kyoka stammered, her throat tight, fear making her voice tremble.
“Don’t lie to me, girl!” the Villain snarled, his fingers crackling with deadly electricity.
Doom Dut Da Da! Doom Dut Da Da! Doom Dut Da Da!
From the corner of their eyes, both Momo and Kyoka noticed a small but unmistakable twitch in Midoriya’s body. The wounds that had seemed fatal—the torn chest, the gaping cuts, the bleeding that had seemed endless—were still there, horrifying to look at, but he was moving. Relief surged through the girls. At least he was alive. Still, his injuries were severe, and he needed help—fast.
Doom Dut Da Da! Doom Dut Da Da! Doom Dut Da Da!
Even more astonishingly, they saw his wounds beginning to close, flesh knitting together before their eyes. The shock on their faces must have been obvious, because the Skull-Masked Villain shouted, frustration and fury bleeding through his voice. “I’ve had enough of the two of you! You clearly know what’s happening! Since you won’t tell me, another one of your friends will feel the consequences!”
“Stop! No! Please!” Kyoka and Momo cried out simultaneously, hearts hammering, as the Villain’s electrified hand lunged toward Kaminari’s clueless face.
Doom Dut Da Da! Doom Dut Da Da! Doom Dut Da Da!
Then, everything changed. A booming, unsettling laughter echoed through the area. “A-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!”
An invisible wave of energy rippled through the space. The Villain dropped Kaminari like a broken toy, foam spilling from his mouth as he collapsed onto the hard stone floor of the Mountain Zone, completely unmoving.
“What’s… happening?” a voice called out from the spot where Midoriya’s broken body had been moments ago. “How… how am I still standing?”
Momo and Kyoka froze, their eyes wide with disbelief. Their classmate’s form had changed entirely. His ruined gym uniform had been replaced, though the transformation wasn’t just about clothing. All the areas that had once been blue were now white, and the previously white stripes were barely visible, discernible only as subtle shifts in tone.
It wasn’t only his costume. Midoriya’s dark green hair and eyebrows had turned pure white, soft and cloud-like, as though strands of mist swirled gently around him. White, cloud-like energy floated around his body, shifting and curling with each breath. His eyes glowed fiercely now, crimson rings blazing with intensity. The aura around him radiated power, and even the air seemed to respond to his presence.
Momo and Kyoka could barely comprehend what they were seeing. Their classmate—the one who had been broken and bleeding moments ago—was no longer just alive. He was something else entirely, something terrifying, radiant, and unstoppable.
“I just… lost. No, I died.” Midoriya’s voice was filled with excitement, but the most striking thing was the massive grin stretching across his face. “But I feel like I’m having the time of my life! AHAHAHAHA!”
His heartbeat had a surprisingly melodic rhythm, almost soothing to Kyoka’s ears. Slowly, Midoriya opened his eyes and launched himself off the ground, bouncing with a speed and force that made the stony floor beneath him bend like rubber, as if it were a trampoline. His laughter rang out, loud and unrestrained, echoing across the Mountain Zone.
“Midoriya-san? Is that really you? What is happening?” Momo asked, her voice tight with confusion. She had never seen anything like this. Wasn’t Midoriya’s Quirk supposed to be Super Strength? How did this transformation suddenly turn him into… whatever this was? And why was the ground itself behaving like rubber?
“No idea! AHAHAHAHA!” Midoriya replied, still bouncing like a man possessed with joy, the sound of his laughter making the air feel alive. “But I’m having so much fun!”
His attention soon drifted toward Kaminari, who had begun wandering aimlessly, still grinning foolishly. “Waaay~” the electric boy chirped.
“Yeah, like Sparky says, Waaay~!” Midoriya added, laughing as if nothing else mattered.
Kyoka’s eyes narrowed slightly. “His personality… it’s completely different,” she whispered to Momo, who nodded in silent agreement, concern evident on her face. Neither of them understood what had happened to their classmate, but there was no time to dwell. Their attention shifted to the Villains, still unconscious or stunned.
“We need to restrain them and not let our guard down again,” Kyoka said firmly, stepping forward.
“You’re right, Jiro.” Momo nodded, forming ropes and cable ties in her hands. “Can you help us, Midoriya-san?” she asked, directing the question toward the white-haired boy who seemed completely absorbed in his own amusement.
Midoriya’s wide grin never faltered as he glanced toward the entrance area. “Ahahaha… sorry, I’m needed somewhere else.”
Both girls froze. “But that’s where the main Villains ar—” Momo started.
“Stop! You’ll be in dan—” Kyoka tried to warn, but it was too late.
Midoriya didn’t hesitate. His hands stretched impossibly, gripping two rocks in the distance. “Gomu Gomu no Rocket!” he shouted, propelling himself into the air at incredible speed, shooting straight toward the Plaza where the Villains had appeared.
“Is he… mad?” Kyoka cried, worry etched on her face as they watched him soar. “How is he going to survive the landing?”
Momo watched thoughtfully, frowning. “He looks like he’s made of rubber too… maybe the landing won’t hurt him. But what’s happening with his Quirk? How does this even relate to Super Strength?”
Kyoka sighed, a mix of relief and concern on her face. “No idea. Hopefully, he’ll be okay. He looks stronger than ever. Maybe he can help Sensei if he’s not breaking his bones anymore. At least he saved us back here—I'm certain it was him.”
“Probably,” Momo admitted, still frowning. “Although I have no clue how he did that. The Villain just… lost consciousness suddenly. That’s a completely different Quirk altogether.”
“It doesn’t matter now,” Kyoka said, shaking her head. “Let’s bind these assholes and head for the others.”
“I hope the rest of the class is safe,” Momo muttered, her voice quiet as she joined Kyoka in restraining the unconscious Villains. Both girls worked quickly, binding the villains tightly, their minds still trying to process what had just happened—and what Midoriya had just become.
