Added 2023-05-16 04:38:03 +0000 UTCI have to admit, writing in Claude's voice is a trick. I tend to speak more casually than I know how to. I like to sound more comfortable than I generally am with socializing. I was praised as a child for my very advanced vocabulary which confounded my teachers when I was young. I could defined university level vocabulary, but I couldn't read or spell it. Still can't spell most of it. I learned young to modify my vocabulary to keep people from thinking I was above myself or was a snob. It's why I get a kick out of giving Claude this high almost Victorian way of speaking. He will usually say However instead of but, and things like that. But it does get a little tiring. Kind of makes me want to reread pride and prejudice, though.
