Added 2024-02-29 10:13:00 +0000 UTCSomething I thought about off and on for a few days that kind of makes me smile is what I can best think of would be a competition. No idea what the prize would be but I'll say if somebody can think of one that they would actually want to have that I could actually do, I think I might do it. But I have made cameos in the stories that I've written over the years. Not a lot, but there's a few. And I don't mean I have characters that have bits of me in or are essentially me. That's a thing I've done but that's what I mean. I mean I am in the story. Or somebody who is me is doing something or is being talked about. So the competition I would do is who could find all of them. I make no illusions, I know why people are reading my stories but I do like adding layers of nuance to the stories and depth because I enjoy that. And I wonder who noticed different things. I mean I think everybody's noticed that I reference different stories in all of my other stories. And I think it's fairly clear that with some exceptions they're all happening in the same place, I wonder how many noticed the little details. Anyway, just something that kind of came to me.
