Oh wow! We love how much of the actual history they're showing... Kdramas do a really great job with that. It's not just "set" in a historical time, but it revolves around the history. We watched a drama called "Daebak" early in our kdrama journey, which was mostly about Yeongjo and his journey as a prince, what he had to deal with in regards to his mother's background and everything. I can remember watching the scene of him offering his brother a meal and KNOWING it had to be important. It's been a long time since we watched it but watching Red Sleeve and making the connections is so cool. We can't wait for more and we'll be REALLY sad when this drama ends.
