Major Firmware Change
Added 2021-10-24 18:21:02 +0000 UTCFor any of you who haven't seen the pinned announcement in the github discussions yet, there has been a major change to the firmware.
The firmware is now 100% based off of the marlin bugfix branch, currently just with a few extra features I haven't pushed upstream yet. And while this is great news for maintaining and improving the firmware, it does come with a caveat.
Normal configuration files will need to be updated. To be clear this does not effect simplified config users. But for anyone using standard configuration sets, you'll need to update your configs. I'd recommend starting from a template again. The main difference is a new display define specifically for JyersUI and some conditional statements throughout.
If you want to make your life easier, especially if you have lots of configs or lots of changes, use something like DiffMerge to quickly move all your changes to the closest template.
